Yes. We charge you a diagnostic fee to inspect your car. This price includes the time for examination and diagnosis, as well as your price. The price ranges from $ 60 to $ 90.

You can cancel for free 48 hours before the scheduled date. If you cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, you will have to pay $ 29.99. But if you decide to change the date, we will put a $ 29.99 line of credit into your account.

If you have a problem with the car, you can make an appointment with a mechanic for a diagnosis. A mechanic will come to your location and inspect your vehicle. Our mechanics use a step-by-step procedure to troubleshoot or confirm any component failure. Diagnosing problems is a process. Sometimes, the only way to prove a part is to replace and re-inspect the machine as defective. Your mechanic will diagnose the vehicle and then give initial recommendations and repair calculations based on visual inspection and tests. The inspection report may include photographs, test results, audio recordings, recommended services, and service evaluations (if any).

Your Ubrake professional mechanic team goes through a rigorous testing process to select the most appropriate and high-quality parts for your car. We support the manufacturing and the parts provided by the engineers on our platform. Each service booked through the Ubrake service comes with a 12-month warranty period (12,000 miles) calculated based on the service provided and the odometer readings on a valid invoice.
